I remember a few months ago when there was a very lively discussion in these forums when one of the more established teams was in financial difficulties. There were various discussions about whether a financially struggling team should be forced to go Bot etc etc.
I've just had a look at "the Mag", and in the "Finances" section I noticed that for every single week in Season 3 (i.e. the last 8 weeks) there have been two teams (always the same 2 teams) who have received the following message .... "The bailiff has been seen lately at ITHINKYOUCANGUESSWHICH2TEAMS" . How bizarre ..... it also occurs to me that 'the bailiff' isn't doing a very good job/isn't very effective if these same 2 teams are still being visited by the bailiff 8 weeks later !! one question ..... will this situation be allowed to go on forever ? it strikes me as unfair (to teams that are financially well managed) if a small number of teams are allowed to be forever in a financial mess. Obviously I don't know the exact state of their finances, but I'm guessing that they must be in really bad shape for 'the bailiff' to be a perpetual visitor ! |

The visits are going on as long as the teasm are in the deep red. And the teams have to pay for this type of management. However, we decided not to kick/close such teams, since it is a managers decisions if he wants to catch the situation or not. Please read the manual about economy and financial penalties, those teams are really paying hard...
