Pete, there is no hurry ... I'm sure it'll all be sorted out before the new engine is in place over at -TOG-

I doubt that

At the moment we are in the middle of making some adjustments for (much more against) abusing single sided offenses all game long. This is my TOP1 for this season.

Yep, and as said many times...I never said the engine would be perfect from the first minute...but as long as we learn about such issues, and find fixes for these things...it should be OK - even there is a certain forum user not sharing this opinion somehow....

I can only speak for myself here ..... but I'm not after perfection (at RZA, or anywhere else), I'm just after 'realism' and 'enjoyment' from the game.
I think RZA scores highly on both.
The fact that you actively listen and interact with the community helps considerably.
I don't want to open a can of worms here (it's already been opened, many times before !) , but I think controversial topics such as "is it possible to be a successful running team in RZA" are a bit premature. Just my opinion ... but I think the 'landscape' is continually evolving in RZA and over the next 1/2/3 seasons v.good passing teams will start to emerge.
Some people will criticise me for saying that , but only time will tell for sure.
Anyway, keep up the good work ... I'm enjoying RZA as much as I ever did.

since it seems were talking about TC/Morale in relativity to the individuals playing time.. I think we can add another factor into it if were talking about realistic expectations.

I think the overall feel of us creating a floor/ceiling on how players feel based on playing time and performance but were ignoring a certain key component... one which directly ties into the other topic of conversation on this thread. Purposely losing.

If your a team who is a 39% overall and you loose to a team who is a 45% overall then chances are your TC/Morale hit wont be as severe if you loose to a team who's overall% is equal or worse than your own. As long the same lines you'd gain a substantial feeling of self worth if you beat a team much better than you are. This shouldnt be overlooked when talking about how teams feel about themselves.

Also this would greatly debilitate those teams who are purposely loosing. If you go into a match as the extreme favorite and loose that should be an almost irrecoverable TC/Morale hit... this should instill pressure on those stronger teams to win instead of loosing for draft status or whatever reason.

[Releases the Kraken] And if those said teams begin to loose players because those players who are extremely low in Morale request transfers.. then I dare any manager to loose on purpose. You now because in real life when owners and managers prove themselves to be grossly incompetant superstar players generally ask to be released.

Interesting addition Swordpriest! Altough your little Kraken should stay in it's cage a little longer. But I really like the morale/TC boost/hit changing with the strength of the opposing team.

Off topic (sorta):
What could also work against those deliberately losing teams is lowering stadium attendance in proportion with lost games in a row. So losing 1 means less attendance on the next match, losing 2 in a row means even more audience lost etc. This should be considered separately by game type, since by playing league and cup games every other day, and only losing purposely on league games the team could avoid losing 2 or more in a row for quite a few weeks. I bet right now none of these teams are averaging below 90% stadium attendance...
This financial hit would also make teams think of their competition more seriously. And it's only realistic that nobody wants to attend a game where his team would lose anyway.

Everytime i went to the forum i only see crying little kids "why wants someone lose games thats not fair, i hadn´t the idea of that "

If he wants to go to league 2 then thats the easyist way to do and it brings you no advantages. If someone say, but he get better Drafties, then i say he get one and thats the first one the rest is up to the league, if he is in a league where is no human manager then he has better chances to get the 3 best drafties, but he is in league 1 there are to many human managers who also know where the best drafties are, but in my opinion it has nothing to do with advantages, you are all pissed off because you hadn´t this idea and thats why you blame and abuse him for what he have done, that is a shame for all off you and you know it -.-

That has nothing to do with disrespect the game or the admin and thats why you want to change the team chemistry because off that and give penaltys. For me it sounds like all the time
If i where in the same position like him i would do the same and go to league 2 again, but for your luke i was in this game a couple of days early and change the bot flush, but he couldn´t and thats why he wants to go to league 2 and your reaction to that makes me angry and i am disappointed

It doesn't matter whether you like what i say or you hate it or you want to make fun of my bad english or fun of me or even abuse and resolve my post!! It is my opinion and whatever you say to me it doesn´t change my mind about that. Think about the game and how we can this game the best in the world, but this is the wrong way!! Respect others decicion and accept it how it is.

Thats all i have to say and now fire free to blow my post down

So i wish all of you nice easter weekend
