Not really as you have to add it eventually.

It will take the same amount of time to add your PC, it makes sense to do so sooner so you can make more money by winning than to do so later and make less money.

not just the money, but also the morale boost ..... if you can get your team on a 'winning roll' it can become a bit of a snowball effect.

When I started a team here, I trained PC until it hit 100% for a player, then I switched the focus to one of the physical skills.

And every time a player is at PC 95% I train PC to have him at full power after the next training update.

In my opinion that is a solid strategy. That's more-or-less what I try to do, then it feels like I've got each player playing at his best for every game.

PC is really useless in this game. When I started writing that stuff, I added a random number of columns to the database...there was one too many, so I thought I could rename it PC....

excellent ! ........ if there was a "forum post of the week" award then you'd be looking at this week's winner

p.s. Pete could award himself some credits for forum post of the week, then his kids would still get their Xmas presents

Actually, if you watch the EOS, you'll see that your players get a 'free' PC bump (linked to Teamwork). So it won't take quite as long to train as you'd expect.

96% is my trigger, and on weeks when I have a key game coming up,I'll even train PC on my 97% guys.

I'm still a newbee,

So I question:

Could't it be that there is a relation between PC and player injuries?

Nope. As far as I know, injuries are just random.

Good luck in the game!!

At EOS many of your players with reasonable Teamwork will recover PC on their own, so offseason is a good time to focus on other skills.

I would be very grateful if somebody would just confirm the obvious - that this is at Season rollover (i.e April 13), and NOT end of Regular season.

I'm 99.999% positive it is, just think I'm going to have to use a couple of Training sessions to see me through the off-season friendlies......
