We know that a coach has specific skills to train and other that he don't train.
But the training of the specific skills (i.e. speed for the RB coach) is on/off or has a "grading"?

In other words:

- RB coach: running 100%, strenght 60%, agility 90%...

or:

- RB coach: running, agility, strenght ok; no tackling, no blocking...

I think an AC has a specific number of skills he effects.
And I think there is also a first grade (so 100% of CP can be done on that skills) and a second grade (so maybe 50% of CP can be done on that skills) and list of non effected skills, which are treated as no Ac at all.

So only 100% and 0%.
Very simple.
