What factors do you take into account/What strategy do you use when deciding which player to take (if any) from the youth pull ?
btw...I'm just currently looking at the six youth pull players , and I'm struggling to choose which one ....there are 2 that I really like, and a third that is growing on me. I'm wondering if Pete has coded this deliberately in order to play with people's minds 
p.s. looks like 2 of the youth pulls are girls ! ...one has a first name of Kerry and the other one is called Maria. Maybe there's a bug and I've got a mixing up of the youth pull and the cheerleader pull  |

It does cause some turmoil for me too
If they are 16 then they get pulled. If i have to choose, i go teamwork first. Still a tie? i look at my team and see how much time i will have to develop the youth, based on his given position though this may change over time. |

First I exclude all ages with 6+ players in my YA, because I can pull only 6 per year.
Than I prefere positions with an AC, because these players are slightly better and than the best combination of Speed strenght and TW. I'm still waiting for a youth with 45+ INT and 4+*talent. |

Skills are always low, most important intelligence and TW. Don't care as much of physicals of youth pull when it's never really high and caps are unknown.

I never pull 20 year olds, and I already have 6 nicely developed 19 ans 18 year old guys. So what I'm looking at are usualy the 17 ad 16 year old bunch. Then comes the TW factor, the higher the better, I prefer something 35+. Next I'm looking at the physicals, both should be 20+. If one of those is below 20, but the other is 25+ then it should be speed that's low, and the guy starts his OL training. Next is the position, so my ACs could boost some of his physicals and playskills after being pulled.

I go by the combined speed/strength in relation to age. If they are 16 years old then I want their combined physicals to be 58 or higher. If they are 17 then it is higher still, and so on. I take TW into account as a tiebreaker or if I see a high strength player that could develop to an oline or dline.

i use formula to calculate have much i can train him until he gets 27 years old and player whit the most training point + his physical skill i see, i pick him
