I like to have my CB's between 35 - 40 Strength, anything more and I move them to DE or LB. I train Agility since I think every position needs it to some degree, but I could be wrong.
As for OL, agility is one of the skills I train. The Pass Blocker Trait gives a bonus to Agilty to OLinemen, so unless that trait is useless, I'll keep training it.  |

Experience does effect player ratings:
Player rating The player rating is another tool to help you organize your roster. Each rating is a consideration of how the player would perform at a given position. A rating is calculated as an average value of the important skills on a per position basis, with experience added to better reflect their actual performance. The best possible rating is 5*.
