As i think HB with car 50, and HB with car 40 is not a same.

The question is not between 50 and 40. Compare the wage of a 46 with a 50 RB and decide, if it is worth to pay him so much money for less better skills.

How I can do it?

Wage of 40 skill is approx 88,300 (see manual) , wages rise by 1.19 per skill level (see manual).....so 41 is 88300 * 1.19 ???
Wage of a 50 skill is $503,000 (see manual) .

In this case 46 skill = 250 965 salarie.

dark-wing you're correct ...I just did a quick spreadsheet

40 88300
41 105077
42 125042
43 148800
44 177071
45 210715
46 250751
47 298394
48 355088
49 422555
50 502841

Since talent isn't important in the common sense anymore, maybe it would be a way to upgrade it, if it is a factor (together with TW) in how fast a player developes?

I am sure, talent are very important for future super-stars.
As i think HB with car 50, and HB with car 40 is not a same.

So after you know the math: How many future super-stars (a.k.a. high talented players) can you afford?
Bearing in mind that you'll be able to train a 2* talent to a skill of 41: How important is talent, when you need to pay a 60-70 player roster?

Talent is nice to have, but you can have a good roster with "talent-free" players.

dark_wing , you've got the 18th highest wages in RZA, your Punter has punting=40,your Kicker has kicking=35 ....some of your other players look expensive (wages) ..... why don't you use 'contract mode' ... surely it would save you a large amount of money ??

Because I don't know how it works. And I can't undo it.

Your punter, his wages will go up from $31k to $90k at season rollover (I think), you probably have quite a few other players whose wages will rise substantially ..... I think your team looks like a 'perfect fit' for contract mode.

I use contract mode, it's quite easy ....if I were you, I'd read the manual re contract mode, I think it could save you a large amount of money ....maybe not quite enough for another $113 Million player but enough to make contract mode a good choice for you

You receive warnings about it. And you have the full season to negotiate before the player leaves at season rollover due a missing new contract.
