Wow. Because you not know linked chapter of our help, or because you decided not to take into account?

The thing is, high INT is quite rare, so when I have to decide whom to train into with high INT, my priorities are QB and LB 1st, then OL and CB/SF 2nd, and whatever is left gets to DL, RB/FB and WR/TE. K/P has to be put somewhere between those guys every now and then when needed.

It's just a matter of opportunities. The average INT of my liners is somewhere at 35. The dumpest is at 21, the smartest has almost 43.

What would make for a better RB, 49 Strength and 45 Speed or 45 Strength and 49 Speed? Assuming every getting else is equal. Thanks!

For the first time, I filled up my youth academy to the max of 22 players. I found this out when i looked to activate a new youth pull and couldn't. My first instinct was to transfer one of my older youth players, a 20 year old, to my senior team, thus making room for a new pull. The problem is I have no 20 yo youth players. I do have five 19 yo youth players though. I'm not sure what to do...I'm not sure if it's a good idea to transfer one of my 19 yo youth players to the senior team? I would miss out on all the extra youth academy training they would receive till they were 20. If I had a youth player or players who had red capped out in Strength and Speed at 40 or below, I would gladly drop one of them to make room for a new youth pull, but I don't see any, so that's not an option either. What do most experienced managers do at this point? When they fill their acadamy? Should I just resign myself to not adding any new youth pulls for a while, at least until my 19 yo's age a season to 20 and then get transferred to the senior team? Or I could transfer a 19 yo to my senior team? Thanks for any input.

This is my advice
1) sort players by their physical skills.
Then cut right now all players that have both SPE and STR RED CAPPED below 46
2) If you have a Premium YA you can aim to gain 0.5 EXP star per season
Then calculate now the supposed EXP for each player when they turn 21 and cut all the players that when they turn 21 will have less than EXP=3* (Exception: if thay have outstanding physical skills like SPE >48 or STR > 48 or traits you can evalutare to keep them anyway)
3) Now calculate the supposed sum of their POS VIS and A-skills for each player when they turn 21. I would like to have at least 90 when they get promoted to the senior team.
So for four skill players like TE/FB/OL/DL each skill avg about 22/23 and four three skill players each skill avg about 30

Now you can sort you players deciding who is warming his YA chair for nothing

If now you cannot find anyone to cut do not complain, you have already 22 great prospects

you could check your youngsters for capped strength or speed, and if you dislike these players the... kick them
