Do most teams run their offense with two QB's?

Best way to get an idea of what works is to scout some of the top team and review the games they played - check their stats, analyse their plays and look at which players played which snaps in which formation

In Elite, most teams play only one QB because at that level, it is important to have a QB with skills in the upper 40s or 50, so it would be too expensive to have two QBs at that level. I then let my less skilled, back-up QB play in the bot SC games or SC games against much lesser competition to help get some EXP for the back-up while also letting my Elite starter get some rest

Is it generally a good idea to play my Tuesday and Friday friendlies with my intensity setting on relaxed? Assuming I don't mind the loss.

From my point of view, no.
You will gain basically no exp, compared to the minimal gain you get otherwise. The PC loss is not much, so this should not be an concern, training is cheap these days, so better invest training in PC once a while and gain a bit of exp, against not getting exp but save the training. |

So I was reading manual entry on Experience.
Now am I correct to assume that a player with 3 experience is really playing at 60% of his potential? |

It's not really in details described. But the mechanism you do descibe is just the visual representation, 10% = 0.5*, 20% = 1.0* and so on.
The impact on game play I was not able to find, but it's likely close the coaches exp formular Exp-Factor = 1 + ((EXP - 40 ) / 100 / 2) with exp = 50 => 5* and exp = 5 => 0.5* So a player with 3* has 30 EXP (or in that ball park with roundings) and has a factor of 1+ ((30-40) / 100 / 2) = 1 + (-0.05) = 0.95 => 95% A player with 4* exp and so on. |
