An activated training facility does boost the training affected by the facility by 10%, if 2 facilities do boost the same skill(s), the boost is 21% in total, since it is TP*1,1*1,1.
So, yes, they train the same amount.
The key to training centers is not what they train, but what they train in total and how many do profit from that.
Example with the two you mention.
Target Center, catching, passing and vision for QBs. How many players do profit of that? about 10-15 maybe.
Deep Ball Field, Catching. How many players? 10-12 maybe.

It's not wise to have all facilities build and then having them deactivated, so think about what your teams needs most and build those.

Understand. Thats why the three facilities I've used up to this point for my team is Weight Room, Video Room and Power Sled. Almost everyone needs Vision and Positioning, and Tackling or Blocking. But I have about 4QB's that I'm training up on Carrying, two to sale later, I'll also put all my RB/FB's on Carrying training, and then I'll put my WR's on Carrying too...to try and bloc train if you like. I have plenty of cash, almost $350 million, so I think I can afford the extra facility cost for a season. Or I may Demolish and then rebuild, if that will save me more money in the long run. Thanks!

No Wind Tunnel? I think that is the most important facility; I keep activated 100% of the time. After that, I rotate the other three you mentioned. I have a really good WR coach for training catching, and for training carrying and passing, that is where I tend to use my training points

I have basically almost 100% of the time Video room and Wind Tunnel active.
Both do boost skills many do need.

Vis and Pos are for all, Spe and Str are essential for youth players.

Player Lounge as passive, to be able to boost moral and team chemistry is needed.

The remaining skills are only via basic training of the ACs trained, which is enough.

By the way, I don't think Carrying will help your QB and WR much.
For QB eventually because of some runs, WR likely never.
I did not find any big boost on my WR when they got their carrying trained.

Sure, when the main skills are trained to the level you want, to avoid wasting, train whatever might be useful.
But it did sound in the other post (not yours) that carrying is treated like a main skill, which from my point of view is not the case.

I did use Wind Tunnel a lot too. But now I don't have nearly as many players training strength or Speed.

As far as Carrying for my QB's and WR's, most have been pretty well trained on their primary attributes, so this is kind of a little extra. Throw in a little Carrying and Footwork to go along with the others. I'm hoping the QB's with Carrying will fetch a little extra cash come sale time, plus I've been wanting to incorporate into my playbook some QB goal line or short yardage running plays on 2nd or 3rd and one yard to go situations. I figure it can't hurt if and when I try a QB run play - which at this point I don't use in my Playbook.
