I'm at the point where many of my senior players, most age 25 and older, are now finished or red capped with their primary and even secondary skill training. Most of these players have agility at around 30 to 40. Is it okay to fill their agility up all the way up? Or will that blow up my player salaries? I think I remember reading in Jacks guide to beware having an agility that's higher than the highest primary skill, or that if I do then I should expect the players salaries to rise...or something along those lines? Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!

If you raise their agility to the highest 2 non-physicals, like TAC or BLO or VIS then it's fine, anything beyond that will raise your wages, since AGI will count as one of the 2 highest skills then.

On the other hand is agi a physical skill, so the max depends not on talent, you have to find their cap like SPE or STR. So it might be that many will cap prior your eventually self set non-physical skill limit, like 41 or 43 or so.

So my advice would be, train agi, find the cap limits and go as far as possible as long as it's max equal to your wage limitation skills.

After that, you can either train other skills for fun or (what I did in the past few seasons) boost SPE or STR with 90% training, even it is very slow.
I did not find any big gain by training for example FOO for QBs, so way bother, but it might help him I get his SPE from 49.0 to 50 over the next few seasons.

The two highest skills (and experience) calculate the salary, except strength and speed.
Means that if you have a 3 talent player with 2 skills (or more) at 44 you can increase Agility to 44 and it makes no difference in salary. If you raise it higher he will ask for more at the next salary.

((okay, Jack was faster))

I would just add be careful with AGL. I have let mine rise too high in the past and am having to bring it under control as my salary bill is rising.

Currently I have the 11th highest salary in the game. Considering that I am not in the Elite league that seems excessive. Not only that but I have a roster of only 55 players. I had to reduce to that number to keep some control over my finances.

Of those 55 I have 36 marked with a AGL warning (my own marking) so I do not train their AGL skill any longer. If I had not had such a good bank balance initially I am sure I would have gone bankrupt by now.

This thread seems to be the place to ask questions. lol

So with the Players Lounge Facility it says in the manual that

"Morale healing facilities help you to heal the wounds on the players souls. On top of the effect during training time, they have an effect during the Morale gain calculation each night, but of course only if the facilities are active. Each facility adds 50% to the Morale bonus give to each player."

The lounge helps Morale AND Team Chemistry.

So does this apply to Team Chemistry too? The manual only mentions Morale.

I've got a WR that I'm pretty much finished training in Catching and Positioning. What would be the next best thing to train - he's done with his physicals - Vision, Carrying, Footwork or Blocking? I'm guessing Vision but I'm not sure. Thanks!

Vision.

Than carrying.

I believe footwork is not what WR needs.
Blocking is just for TE, because WR never blocks.

Both footwork and blocking rise much slower than catching, positioning, vision and carrying at WR position.
