The YA is a total waste of time. Good for a free thousand bucks or so every now and then when you can sucker some schmuck into thinking they are getting the next Kurt Warner on the cheap.

Well, I for my part love the YA.
I will have in 1-2 Seasons a monster OLiner and 1-2 other players worth a backup spot and then every year some other players.

It's not a player factory, but a very nice addition.

Scout Fuentes. He just graduated from my YA. Very nice little RB, imo.

So far I find that letting the players train up to their Caps on their own works best. Then focus on the kids with the best skills for the positions you need. I'll be graduating a nice 47 Strength OL just in time for next season.

Completely and utterly wrong..... AGAIN.

I'm nearly ready to promote my 2nd player from the YA and he's not too far behind draft quality...

And the 3rd will be better... (but he is a fair way away at the moment)

I'm totally agreeing with you. For sure you will not promote high qualitiy players in the first 3 season. Sometimes you can find cheap players who are 19 or younger with good non-physicals skills on the TM. Buy them and push them 2 years in the YA and you will have a 4th round Draftpick

Yeah...I've bought a couple of draft picks on the TMwho were 20 yo or younger and they went to the YA as pretty good players already. Then I boosted their primaries a bit and rounded out their builds. Pretty good players by the time they got promoted.

Way more fun to have a YA where you ACTUALLY play other YA teams and can actually develop the player. Sorry, the YA here at RZA is a total joke compared to ANY other game I have played. Big deal, pull a few players, attach points who knows maybe you can dress a pig up for the prom.

FYI looking at the last date seen on new teams, something is wrong on why they aren’t sticking around. However, you all know best and can explain it in your mind I’m sure!

Another FYI When it comes to turnovers you may want to adjust how many are returned for long TD’S I have already had something like 4 or 5 this season for and against with 50+ yard returns for TD”S for each. 2 for me in todays SC in fact. That along with the passing stats is making this game, well let’s just say silly [being nice] at this point.

don't take this as attack...but if this stuff is that worse, why you are playing? (Meant to be a serious question!)

Check out Dewitt, he is my 18 year old rb that came out of the YA at the beginning of this season. Pretty nice, right? Scout him.

YA IS VERY USEFUL for those who know how to use it.
