Hardest to train are probably FB and TE, since they need all 3 physicals, decent positioning and vision, blocking, and catching/carrying. Right behind them are RB and WR with the same skills minus the blocking. Training LBs are hard too, since you can't train intelligence, plus they need to cap good in both speed and strength.

And I agree that OL is the easiest position to train in the YA.

Depends what you use them for.

I've never seen a FB miss a block and if you don't use formations that run with a FB then you can probably just plug anyone in there and they'll do.

You're basing all this on current stats, but the player you draft or promote from the YA will stick with your team for the next 10 seasons. Who's to say FBs and TEs won't miss any blocks in the future. Or FBs and RBs will receive screen passes in those next 10 seasons, so you'll have yet another skill to train. And of course running from shotgun is a nice mix in any playbook, why wouldn't a FB need good carrying.

If you don't consider training them in everything, it's your choice, but looking ahead to "what could be", training them in something that doesn't seem too logical at this point in the game, could give you a huge edge later on. We'll see.

Yeah, I'll be ready if this ever happens. I converted a draftee WR to RB. (can you say Darren Sproles?)
