I think i will start by saying Pete, keep up the good work and i hope you get the game to where you want it to be as no one puts as much effort in as yourself.
i will be stepping away from the game, as much as i have spent time and effort on the game i have always struggled to enjoy it against the other game. the game has more depth and requires a little more activity which i dont find hard dealing with, but i just dont have any feeling for my team. Im sure i haven't spent as much time on the team and tactics as others which shows in some areas but still manage to cruise to a point. i dont like that running is still the powerhouse, even if passing is as RL orientated it doesnt leave a team the chance it should have, its a win or lose scenario at this point. i wont sell my players. to all i know thanks and good luck to all i dont. To the newbies learn from the guys and i hope i helped a few who asked me questions of the time here. i will keep checking in but wont be changing my team as it is. |

It's sad to hear, that a veteran will leave the game. I see the game actually at a turning point, were season 1 team need the passing game to beat other season 1 teams.
I know, that Pete prepare a upgrade for the engine, where you need more flexibility in your plays. I think you should wait for the next season. And for sure there will come an upgrade (not like in the other game). |

Oddball. Much respect for your decision. I thank you a lot for all the contribution during testing - really appreciated! Good luck, and visit us from time to time
@Buffalo: yes, it is true, I am working on more balance, and a better passing game inside the engine. However, I would like to stay away from announcing it now, since I don't know when it will be ready, and I don't like to disappoint anyone by not keeping promises. The members of the testing stage know about the progress, and where we are with it. Yesterday I got beaten in my league game overthere by passing, by a bot team  - just to make clear there is a long way to go.

We know both, that it is not sure if the upgrade will be ready for season 5 or season X, but someday there will be an upgrade. It is a long way to go and you go this way and doing a great job. So everyone is patient and enjoy the game. |

it has been a tough choice as i dont like not being competitive, but i know that i cant compete with top teams if im not enjoying things and only logging in once every couple of weeks and just reading the forum. as i said i will be checking in to read, i guess doing so wont kill my account but so not totally dead, i just intend letting my team run itself.

Why didn't you leave last year........just might have prevented my 23-0 drubbing at your hands yesterday.
