I was looking for info on what other managers found important when hiring their ACs and HC.
Do you value consistency higher than experience? or is it all about the CPs? |

Why is age important? I had two coaches retire this season and just hired two similar ones to replace them. I guess there was a Morale hit or something...but it didn't seem to have a significant effect on my team's performance.

I have to ageee with sloana_steve, so for me it's cp-exp-con-age.
CP is first for obvious reasons, exp is second since (from my experience) it has a higher factor in the formulas, and I'm a firm believer that the highs and lows from consistency will even itself out in the long run. Age is in last place, since I have a full season to replace the coach. |
