well... i don't like this kind of draft because in my opinion is too easy to manage...
there is no tactic.... and you are too much facilitate in chosing useful players in the 2nd and 3rd round especially when you draft early... anyway i think it is also a good system to help in levelling a league... so we could have much more competition and balance in the next season  |

why it helps the 24/7 guys?
Simple: for example you are on vacation no time to log in at those 3 days maybe that wouldn´t help you or? I set my Draftboard every day i still got 3 WR cause of 228731387 WR on our board, so where does it help to set up your draftboard when it´s still only a roll of the dice who you are getting? Come on, maybe it´s easier if you just get 3 new players at the beginning of the season whithout any draft... And yes i scouted every player i filled excel sheet i did different calculations but as long as there is no live draft (which helps again the 24/7) guys i won´t do it anymore just setting my draftboard whit the youngest at the top... btw after so many drafts no player i drafted would start so who cares for the draft...
