i have a discussion with old player and he told that its decided not to put skills need for every position in the FAQ
how do new manager know what to train? is there guide from the old testers? do anyone has a list to share with new manager? thank you |

i am old manager i do not know what to train and no one know 100%

i checked FAQ and have:
QB: SPE STR CAR PAS VIS INT RB: SPE CAR AGI VIS FB: SPE STR CAR BLO AGI VIS TE: SPE STR CAR BLO CAT AGI WR: SPE STR CAR CAT AGI POS OT: STR BLO AGI OG: STR BLO AGI CE: STR BLO AGI DT: STR TAC AGI DE: SPE STR TAC VIS POS NT: STR TAC AGI OLB: SPE STR TAC AGI VIS POS INT MLB: SPE STR TAC AGI VIS POS INT CB: SPE STR TAC VIS POS INT SFF: SPE TAC VIS POS INT SFS: SPE STR TAC VIS POS INT also i think all defense people who can intercept ball need CAT too But what train first for position?
