Well ... bottom line is, that Peter might have the inside regarding training, but with such calculation going on during game simulation, there is no way to gain a benefit.
And regarding training. We should scout his players after a few seasons to be sure whch positions need which skills.

Just kidding. That will be funny, since I do not care about my players progress that much. But this gives me the idea to give my QB some punting as example...let's see, how the engine handles a bunch of QBs with passing 5 and punting 50  |
