Are specital traits listed on sale prospect on transfer market when a player has them?
Or i get special trait only when i scout? can i get special trait with Scout level 1? |

Yes. But I can't remember what you see with level 1. With level 20 you see for sure everything. But I think you can see them also in level 1 ...  |

Special traits are listed in Scout reports, as the player name is. This is whjy it is not mentioned

One more question: when i use all 10 scout reports when i will get new scout report available? I know i can get more with scout coaches but i dont have money to buy them now. |

But you also play 2 league games in a week, so basically it's 10 per "game week".
