i saw this you posted link yesterday also
this is unclear to me because everyplayer needs to stay on feet sure looking nfl some look like they are flying also in the position explanation like quarterback, runninb back and so on you could include footwork - example agility is in some included where seem to be important - so include footwork where you want to give us tips its very useful thank you |

As you can see I am working at those descriptions at the moment - so just relaxe a bit, until I get that ready .
What I will never do: "Use kicking and punting for your Quarterback, support it by tackling, and make sure he has good agility". There are descriptions available per playtype, and those descriptions, combined with the description of the position and the description of the skills will gove you ideas what to do on training. |

At this point in the game, if you've got it implemented, just throw it in. Its not like managers can complain they've haven't had enough time to prepare or train it as everybody is new.

i think it would be counter intuitive if its not in from the start as coaches would have to adjust player development for season 2 instead of taking a different training approach now.
