Explanation for Target Center is:
The Target center helps you increasing your players Catching, Passing and Vision (for QB only). The initial construction needs 7 days So i do not understand exact. When have Target Center then (1) Helps all when training Catching Helps all when training Passing Helps only QB when training Vision (2) Helps all when training Catching Helps only QB when training Passing Helps only QB when training Vision (3) Helps all when training Catching Helps only QB training Passing Helps all when training Vision or (4) Helps only QB when training Catching Helps only QB when training Passing Helps only QB when training Vision |

I did not mention about it would be unimportant for other positions. But in the target center only the QB can have a benefit on it. |

so when i am going to give my LB vision training i just change his position to QB and train him in vision and when he have get his vision training i change back his position to LB

This is overall a good idea! I do not understand how today a player can play QB and tomorrow he can play Safety only because he has the skill trained In NFL also players change positions but costs time to be effective |
