Regarding the forums...it would be much better if users would post such stuff in forums...a german example:

Du als Manager führst einen American Football Club, und bist dabei für alle Belange deines Clubs zuständig. Du musst also Einnahmen und Ausgaben ausbalancieren, dich um Verträge mit Spielern und Staff kümmern, Nachwuchs entwickeln - und natürlich American Football Spiele gewinnen. Gespielt wird in einem Format ähnlich der NFL, inklusive Playoffs bis hin zum Superbowl. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene andere Wettbewerbsformate wie einen weltweiten Cup. Du kannst aber auch eigene Cups ausrichten, um mit deinen Freunden den Besten zu ermitteln. Es gibt außerdem eine Draft für Nachwuchsspieler, ein Depth Chart zum Organisieren deines Rosters, Playbooks für Offense und Defense und vieles mehr. Außer einem Webbrowser und einem Internetanschluss brauchst Du nichts weiter, um das Spiel zu nutzen. Du spielst gegen andere Manager aus der ganzen Welt. Das Spiel kann kostenfrei gespielt werden. Ein sogenannter Supporter-Account ermöglicht es aber, kleine Gimmicks im Spiel freizuschalten - welche keinerlei Einfluß auf die Performance deines Teams haben, es gibt durch diesen Premiumaccount also keine Nachteile für Spieler ohne selbigen! The thread is long so I haven't read all of it, so my it's already purposed. But could it be an idea to make some sort of mentorship program?

There is a manager category called "Mentor" or "Lector", even we have no single manager who is having that title yet.
What would you expect from a mentor? |
