Completely forgot about this one. It could just be connected to prefered language. If some Norwegian joins for instance, I could get a pm about him and then send him a welcome pm.

This is a superb idea. There could be also an opposite way, that a player can receive an invitation mail(in his native language) with a list of people from the same country he can contact for a help.
Each country should translate the template mail from Admin.
This would prevent problem when some man. is not responding, he can write to another.nn

Problem would be in countries with more native languages...

Pete, we are working on it! Left a big note in -TOG-press release which stays the same and are constantly playing friendlies again teams from other countries. All the team managers, we are sending a messsage with a "thank you" - note and a hint to RZA. We are happy to see more and more of our former -TOG-rivals here in RZA.

This is not much but maybe it helps.

The most new managers here have much problems with all the details... match settings, playbooks, rules. This might be too much although later it is much more easier to prepare for the game as in -TOG- So we really like the idea with mentors in every language for new members here.

Indeed, RZA entry learning curve is steeper than many (most) on-line manager games.

One Option you might consider: setting the example Offense and Defense Playbooks as the Default for all new teams so new managers don't need to find it, copy and paste it.

This might work! Most of the new members complain about the complexity of the game and that it is just overwhelming. With this "standard"-playbook, they have a more relaxed start.

One step after the other

Yep, I added standard playbooks on todo, sounds reasonable.

We will see if the translation thing makes it easier for beginners. But I doubt somehow, since people would have to read, and many I know don't like reading. It was that way in other games, and it will be same here, I fear. But at least it will be easier for the ones if there is something in their languages. Once this is done, we can check the next steps. But we have to take care: this shouldnt become an autopilot...

Hey, relatively new user here. I posted a link on an American board a few days ago and I think a lot of people created accounts to join in. Hope it helped!
