I purchased items via Paypal, but they don't show up, what happened?Normally all bookings are processed immediately on purchase. However, sometimes Paypal is delaying the transaction, and we get notified about the Completion status several days after your purchase. In such a case we have to book the items manually on your account, and this can take some more time on top of it. Sorry in advance.
If you purchased by using delayed transactions, and you think the waiting period should be over, or if you got notified by Paypal about the transaction was completed, please don't hesitate to inform us! Please do not forget to include the Paypal transaction number, the date of the initial purchase, and a real life name, so we could have a chance on finding your booking. |
