well another slow season on the -TOG- with off the field progression taking priority.the stadium,training facilities and youth academy all got upgraded to top levels so gladiators off field distractions are now over.
dogboy and his coaching team have field their youth academy with high potential prospects and now consider themselves in a position they can pass on prospects if they dont meet certain criteria,and in main roster we are a bit top heavy with numbers but with the last couple of seasons guys have had their skills moved from single digits up around 20ish we expect continued improvement from the squad as these numbers creep higher.
the board have told dogboy that his job hinges on first team progress even small steps forward is progress.hopefully another couple of win sand sussex will be up around wild card spots

after picking up this team 1 game before end of season,it was a case of dogboy and his coaching staff to start laying foundations and getting some organisation into the franchise.
we hired a basic coaching staff to assist dogboy,and the development of training facilities and stadium improvements began.we held off making any big spalshes on transfer market as we realised alot of our roster wont be around when we are ready to compete.so we took the long term strategy of focussing on facilities and finances and developing lesser players on cheap wages so the revenue stream remains strong.
the playing staff only includes couple of 5* players but we have managed to fill our academy with players that should be an upgrade on what we have when the time is right.
the scouting team devoted alot of time to draft class and we are confident of adding some elite talent.there are a couple of glaring holes on our roster but we dont think we are gonna be ready to compete next season so itsall about making money,developing facilities and slow development of players so maybe season after next we may be ready to put gladiators on the map
