Today is November the 1st, 2024,
Today we have, for the first time in the history of the team Gilets Jaunés, passed the 1 000 mark on the ELO rankings.

So this team reborn around Christmas in 2022, in the very beginning of the S50 season.
Flash forward 5 full seasons later.
Only one division title in the trophy room, in S53. WC loss at home, 37-10.
6th seed in S54. Very close WC win, 23-22. DP loss 27-34 to the division, and eventual League, champion, Pizti Beltzak
6th seed in S55. With the division champion gone to Elite, the Baltic Stars took their NC South place. and the Division title too.
For the second consecutive season, our seed was the sixth. Yes, the very last passenger on the Playoffs train.
Yes, this seat wasn't supposed to be ours, and was won on the very last week of the regular season, thanks to an unexpected loss in the NC East.
Then, the playoffs began. It felt strange, weird. This was the third consecutive trip to the playoffs, but the second consecutive one without the division title. And this 6th seed, the very last one, won at the very last time, didn't feel fully deserved, but rather won through pure luck.
But "lucky" is NOT the way this team plays. The guys were eager to show that this team has an identity. This team has a mentality. This team has a spirit.
So it began, and this team... delivered. Our path to the Title was assured to be the longest one. So we took it.
Wild Card.
Divisional Playoffs.
Conference Championship.
League Bowl.
The Dragons League was among the toughest way back ago.
Now it is THE toughest one.
It is with a combination of humility and pride that we can say this team is the Champions of RZA's toughest League.
A new Chapter begins in the Elite, and we'll do our best there. Perhaps it will make become Dragons' Champ easy in comparison, but we all know it's not.
