guys/gals anyone got any thoughts or numbers on how many plays gain experience.or how many plays per season guys have to participate in to gain half a star of experience?

I read more than one time in the forum more or less 2500 plays per half star. All the plays in offense or ST / defense or ST.
If you mixup offense and defenseve plays there is a sort of penalty. |

Is Experience that important
The big EXP question Experience Stars Evaluating Experience for Players 1/2 star Experience = N Snaps? What happened to the EXP calculation? Manual : "There is a special experience calculation in place if your player is Kicker or Punter (...)" |

thanks drogon before posting question did try and search answers but using word experience as search gave me loads of posts,appreciate you pulling this all together
