Hellos! I would love to say I'm excited to be back... but I've already looked at my league schedule. I'd like to have a word or 4 with the game scheduler, but they would not be nice ones. The first half of my season looks brutal. I'll be happy if I come out of it 2-6. The second half looks about average for an Elite schedule, so if I get lucky enough to bat .500 there, then I'm looking at a very optimistic 6 wins this season. I guess it's fair, since I got dropped in the easiest SC region, but still, I was hoping for a chance at an 8-8 season.
 Either way, it should be a fun season.
Other tidbits from my team's view: Yes, I changed the name, as I'm no longer playing as an Idle game. Besides the new moniker has a cooler (even if too obvious) alliteration. We come with the dubious honor of having gone 16-0 in league play after going 0-16 the previous season. How many teams can say that?

Tomorrow is the first day of the draft, and the HAMBURG SEA LIONS have sorted their board. We have determined 38 prospects that are more interesting than the rest, but only very few would be able to instantly contribute to success. It is curious, is it not, that the majority of prospects either has low IQ or low TW. Has it been like that every season, or has that gotten worse? It’s funny how this seems to reflect reality in some sort, no? However: Those who are of the s e l e c t few that have both are atop our board, but they surely are atop of everyone else’s board, too. And since we’re picking at 20 we’re better advised to add some of the younger prospects to the squad and build for the future. Not wanna brag, but we do have pretty good hand in this. A lof of Draftees from previous seasons are still with us, 3 of them even playing on long-term franchise contracts. Maybe we'll be lucky again this time

With ptdoc and his Prairie Dogs being in Thunder team now and the Alpin Ducks gone, promotion has become easier in SeaDevils region. I already congratulate every team owner who discovers the name of my team on his match schedule. Your odds of turning this match into a win are high. Season goal : not being totally ridiculous and scoring as many surprise wins as possible. Last time here in season 53 I had 4 wins and 5 more matches that were decided by less than one TD. If I can do something along this line I would be happy. I am curious if the Hawks will be able to challenge mystics and Mandalorians to stay in Elite. |

Holy smokes, I guess I shouldn't have said that... this draft may be one of the worst we did since we joined RZA: In the first round we got a RB that's already capped red on STR and yellow on SPE, in the second round we took a swing at a promising KR that turned out to be capped red on SPE at 42.5 already... jeez 
There's still one player on the board that we're pretty interested in, he will be gone by the time we pick, though... we'll see what's left, then... |

I didn't do so bad. 1st rounder has 50 strength and completely uncapped speed at 41.4.
2nd rounder was already 50 speed and 29.6 uncapped strength. Cross fingers that it's going to cap very high. If not there's still one definite keeper. |

I like all of the Thunder teams' drafts so far. I had Jager's pick as 3 overall and was hoping the K would make it to me to fill a future need (I had moved him to my top pick after the first round). And the Deflators' picks I had as 1 and 38 overall. I got my 4 and 7 overall. Pretty good draft for Thunder teams
