That all sounds very logical. I just didn't understand why the #1 seed in the AC doesn't win the conference championship. It would be nice if you could explain that.

It's not a written rule that the #1 seed will play in the Bowl. Except for last seasons Bowl when #1 AC played the #1 NC, the last time that happened was in Season 50 (so 5 season ago). This projections are mostly based on ELO, Overall & Home Field advantage. It could very easily go the other way in all of the games, in the regular season, but especially in the playoffs, when 2 opponents are close in overall. But, to answer your question exactly, let's just say for now, that they will win in the regular season game (in week 10), and i will win in the playoffs this time. The opposite of what happened 2 seasons ago  |
