Had a quick look at the Manual but still not quite sure. Probably a silly question.
What effects players gaining Experience and is there a cap? My QB Balandis seems to have been on 2 star experience for ages so was wondering if hes capped there? |

A player gains experience in time depending on how many plays he will have in his carrer. Experience makes players play worse. A 2* EXP player will not play the same as a 5* EXP player and because he is a QB that means passes % will be a little down. But it depends from game to game. Also, i think that every player has a different limit of plays that helps them gain a half a star, until they reach the maximum 5*. |

Cool,
Wouldnt have made sense for their to be a cap, hence why i thought it was a silly question. My QB just seems to have been sat on 2 Stars FOREVER 
I mean the fact he keeps throwing 6 Interceptions per game may be why it feels like forever  |

The player needs a lot of plays to get 1/2 * more visible.
The gain is always there, with every play played in regular season games, supercup and CoC-games, + a bit less in friendlies. Can't remember the average amount, but it is a 4-digit number if I recall correctly. |

I'll jump in with my own Experience question instead of starting another thread.
I seem to recall that the intensity level also plays a part in the amount of experience you get. Match of the Year gives players more experience than normal intensity. Normal gives more than Relaxed.
