Another painful game. My team had 5 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries, 4 defensive TDs, and a 17 point lead - and managed to lose easily.
The good thing is that I'll have a nice high draft pick at the end of the season.  |

Even if I managed to keep Wildcats blitzing squad at bay, the Lakers offense was dominated all the night, especially on the ground.
My QB ended the game with a poor 50% of completions and we had only 3 points on the board. Congratulation Wildcats, I think you are heading straight for a playoff spot this season. |

Thanks, but a bit early to be calling the playoffs. The score went the opposite way last year, and my team is actually a little worse overall because I had so many retirements. So a lot of it was just luck. Bad luck last year, good luck this year. I think our teams are at a similar level overall.

Here are MY Top 10 PowerRankings after Gameday 2.....my own thoughts and opinions...so if you don't like them, or your own position.....tough!!
1 - FREE AGENT MASCOTS Winners of 11 regular season Elite league games and still got relegated? Ridiculous. Maybe not as all conquering as they once were, but still a powerhouse and the team to beat in 1.1 this season. 2 - BOBBOY MAGPIES Will be sickened at missing out on promotion again last season, but look to have the NC Conference at their mercy. Be surprised to not see them leave this time around. 3 - GREEN MARK PACKERS Started off strong and look to have a lock on their division. Have been there before and done most of it....another strong showing expected from a team who are very difficult to play against. 4 - WV BOBCATS Arguably in the strongest division in Admirals 1.1 so nothing definite here - but started very strong and always potent on offense. 5 - WELLESLEY WILDCATS With the Yellowcakes gone and Gunnison Ghosts apparently representing no challenge, the Wildcats should take this Division and have a real run in the playoffs. Whether they can maintain this high ranking through the season remains to be seen, but done nothing wrong so far and an agreeable schedule certainly favours them. 6 - CHESTER DUCKS Despite an early loss, the Ducks strength and talents cant be overlooked and they are certainly going to be in the mix come the end of the season. Gameday 3 against the Bobcats and 5 against the Mascots crucial here for the Ducks to maintain their current lofty perch. 7 - ASPERN LIONS Two solid wins against two solid teams a good start for the Lions as they will look to push the Packers all the way and press for a Wildcard spot. A good team who often fly under the radar - just so many powerhouse teams to compete against in their Conference. But a lively outsider. 8 - LAKEFIELD VIKINGS Should finally take a divisional title but need to show more reliability and consistency to really make inroads into the playoffs. Current ranking based mainly on potential and standing in Conference...need to see it confirmed though. 9 - MOTOL DUCKS Win over the Ducks show they cant be ignored - but have a rough schedule to overcome and several challengers for a playoff place. Tough team....will need to show it all season. 10 - COMAGENA LIONS 2 good solid opening wins enough for them to take the 10th place but upcoming games against the Packers and Magpies will test their playoff mettle. Fast upcoming team though. 11-20 (not in order): Derbyshire Electric, Bracciano Lakers, Erdington Doleys, Devon Dog Soldiers, TouchitDown 69ers, melittlemenonthepitchitchin, Adventurers, vamosahi, comeback kids, Galrauch Raiders 21-30 (not in order) Dinowic Miners, Thacker Holler, Springfield Jacks, Berlin Iron Tigers, Badgers, Golden Taints, Morgantown Mad Dogs, noobs on drugs, London Silverbacks, Saddy Rangers Bottom 2 Gunnison Ghosts NRW Fighting Potatoes |

Nice, gabriel! I like these predictions, power rankings and stuff. Plus I am in the top 10, woohoo!
My goal for this season is to finally get to the playoffs, but my division (and conference as a whole) is tough to crack. My team is aging and getting stronger. So we will see.. I really hope to be among the league's best one day (the sooner the better) as I used to be. And some day maybe even get to the Elite, at least for one season, that would be nice. I had my chances back then, but never made it. |

Strange that you didn't put yourself in the Top 10, you are probably in the top 3 of your conference. Have you lost some key elements after the end of last season? |

I don't consider myself to be in the top 6 of my conference. We are rebuilding currently....im only 2-0 because we mugged the Miners and the Ghosts are disappearing.....we should finish around 7-9, 8-8 by season end, probably the same next season, before hopefully in 2 seasons time be better and stronger than we have been for the last 2 seasons. Nice start for you in Elite....keep it going
