In the Elite it's always the big games and the best tactics. But it's hard to get there. It will take time and seasons for someone who is new in the game to get there (that is if you want to growm your players), because if you buy 22 players aged 28-30, you probably get there in 2 seasons, like KMN Mandalorians did, but after that what? |

I've tried to build with a certain minimum requirement for players. I've signed some older ones just to try and be competitive.
The teams attributes are increasing very slowly. Others seem to move there's much quicker. Unfortunately also my tactical knowledge of American Football is lacking. I haven't really done anything with the playbook therefore. I've tried to use it once and it was a disaster. |

Butch what is your facility situation and how are you using them? They are key to fast training.
