Great stuff - above the Hornets, Leopards and Panthers but it's getting a bit expensive. Can I get a discount on the bribe, sorry I mean totally voluntary contribution, to move up a few places?

Interesting results. Panthers lost, Aliens lost.
I'm still curious whether by some crazy results the Bruisers still get back into the playoff picture. They are 3 games behind, which is a lot, still it seems possible, if they do their job of cause. |

I think the Bruisers will be very lucky to make the playoffs, shame, but some new blood will be good.
On a very positive note, we are above the Aliens as they stumble again to a non bot team. |

I just checked the Bruisers chances.
a) They will likely win all remaining games, if not they are 99% sure out. 4 BOT games and that one deciding game, against birney's weekenders. Should be a win, but you never know. b) If they get those wins they will have 10 wins. With the Hornets playing 3 BOTs in the next 5, the division is out of reach, so they have to aim for #5 or #6 spot. c) On those right now are the Panthers and the Hummingbirds, followed by KAFakofers and then the Bruisers. KAFakofers are 1 ahead, but face Marauders, Rotties and Hornets in the next 5 games. Their PD is bad and if they drop one, for example against the Hornets, Bruisers should leapfrog them at least with also 10 wins. I think the KAFakofers will not make the playoffs. d) Now let's see Panthers and Hummingbirds. They do play against each other twice in the next 5 games. Both do lead by 3 against Bruisers. Hummingsbirds and Panthers play each 1 BOT and a team which is likely to lose against them, so I expect at least 2 more wins for both teams, makes 10 wins also. Now enter the Panthers-Hummingbird game. If they split this series, Bruisers are out I think. If a teams sweeps the series, the other needs to win the last remaining games left on the schedule. Panthers play Oilers, Hummingbirds the Aliens. It's not unlikely a team will lose here. My bet: Bruisiers will sneak in. But by an inch and a half. |
