I'm back and ready to go......lose at least 9 games lol. Just starting a new thread for the season. Preseason writeup coming in the next few days.....

I am not sure about what to expect from S50. I have lost many important players on the OL and have no idea on how my team will perform with the "new guys".
My schedule on league puts me and my division fellows against AC South and NC North. My "spare games" are Panthers and @sfniner which are good teams. Baltic Stars is getting better every season and will be a real menace. France is improving slowly after recovering from financial issues. St Pauli are new on the division as they were moved after relegation/bot flush. I need to collect data on them. If I finish with a non-negative record I will be happpy. Probably this will be my last season before starting a more deep rebuild. |

I'm glad to be back in the league. A rebuild in the Elite is no fun
 But now I'm finally back and can build my team in peace. The season will be tough in a division like NC North. I always had problems winning against Oldtown. The Gardians always have a strong team and you can't underestimate the Eagles. It will be a challenging season for the Steelers and I'm looking forward to some exciting games

My goals for season 50: keep improving the roster, keep improving the playbook and keep discovering RZA's secrets. Oh! they are the same as season 49

I honestly would rather be here than elite. In elite half of the league is out each season so unless you are one of those such as Steve or Pete that stays on a yearly basis it is difficult to gauge your opponents or even create relationships.
If I had a magic wand (AKA Pete) I wouldn't keep elite. Rather I would emphasize the COC since that is pretty much the same thing. Elite is a way to see how you stack up to other leagues. |
