SP Nighstormsis not in a good shape right now and the morale is impacting a lot, also training is affected due financial problems. In the short term there is no solution, I hope to be out off finance trouble in 1 or 2 seasons and then get back on track. Thanks for noticing Glad to see you're not giving up. Good luck to you. |

That's a joke, right? No? Well, after 3 quarters of the game, maybe it wasn't a joke after all. Unfortunately, I logged in at the start of the 4th quarter to see how things were going, and things fell apart at that time. What was a close 14-7 match turned into a 31-7 loss for me. My team isn't ready to win that kind of game yet, and I'm fine with only losing 31-7 to a great team. |

I was following your game by re-loading irregularly until shortly after halftime, and by then it looked pretty even. Too bad the Packers had obviously another gear in Q4 I played the Lakfakalle Eagles yesterday, and learned on thing or two about my squad. No big mistakes, and we won without letting him score... but him playing only 4-3-4 Defense and us not being able to score more than 34 is somehow... confusing |

I've seen many other more confusing results. I should learn by now never to assume anything here. As for my own game against the Eagles on Saturday, I have no comment. |

You did not stumble and still lead your division... but it seems it's going like last season, with you and the Chronicles being head to head until the end
My squad played an awesome game against the Bulls, although the guys from Oxford seem to be in a kind of rebuild, too... no Coaching Staff and an Offense that's 3* on average... However: If we win on Tuesday against Tovari, we can secure a spot in this seasons postseason |

I think whoever wins the rematch between Chronicles and my Mad Dogs will win the division this season. Whoever loses will probably miss the playoffs. Likley the same for the NC West. Your game against the Packers can decide the division. |

Yes, if we do not stumble over the Bulldogs next Tuesday we'll play for the Division when the Packers visit us next week... and if we win (again, but that's a BIG "if") we even may climb all the way to Seed #1 Which then would at least prevent us from exiting the Postseason in the Wildcard-Round |

With now only three games left in the Regular Season the Playoff Picture in the AC looks like this:
The first two Seeds are going to be the so far unbeaten teams Bracciano Lakers from the South and Melittlemenon thepitchhitchin from the West. The Lakers need one win more to secure the Division title which will happen as soon as Saturday when they play the bot-team Knights of the Round Table. Melittlemen need another win, too, to win the Division, and playing against the Neptunes that may already happen on Saturday as well. The second-place teams from the South, the Nanaimo Bluebacks, and the West, the Berlin Iron Tigers, currently sit at Seed #5 and Seed #6. The Bluebacks have a very favorable schedule, playing 3 teams by Rookie-managers to close out the season. The Iron Tigers on the other hand still have to go to the AC East-leading Morgantown Mad Dogs and play the final game of the season against Melittlemen. That's some tough sleddin', and losing both games could have them ultimately losing Seed #6. In the other two Divisions of the AC, the North and the East, it's still close. The East is led by the Mad Dogs, but they'll get a visit by the Chronicles on Saturday. If they win, the Mad Dogs will be 2 up on their Division-opponent. And since they have still to play the Berlin Iron Tigers on the second to last game, while the Chronicles close the season with two games against minor competition, they will aim to take the advantage. Because it's likely that whoever is second in the East at the end of the Regular Season will miss the Playoffs altogether. The North is equally close between the Silverbacks and the Alpakas, with a slight advantage to the Silverbacks. Both teams play each other next Tuesday. But while the Silverbacks have two "easy" games on both Saturdays this and next week, the Alpakas have to play the Coyotes from the NC North this Saturday who'll themselves try their best to defend Seed #6 in the NC. Right now it looks like the second-place team from this division, too, will not participate in the Postseason, so they both have to win the remaining games. They might be lucky enough that the Iron Tigers fall from Seed #6, though... Last edited on 2023-04-26 11:21:07 by Chrill |

Nice write up. It's always good when plenty of teams are still in the running with only 3 games left.
Good luck to all. |

Thank you We continue with the Playoff picture in the NC of the Admirals which looks like this: 3 Teams are already qualified for the tournament: the Green Mark Packers and the HAMBURG SEA LIONS from the West and the Devon Dog Soldiers from the South, the latter having already won their division. From the South no other team will make the playoffs this season, and the West will be decided in the last two games, maybe even the very last one when the Packers visit the SEA LIONS. The North at the moment has VenoM at first place, being one up on the second place Coyotes. They, too, play each other in Week 17. But while VenoM has two winable games before that, the Coyotes have to go to the Alprausch Alpakas, who themselves fight for a spot in the Playoffs, before having the ever surprising Ubernoobes to come for a visit. Currently sitting at Seed #6 the Coyotes should at least win 2 of the 3 remaining games to keep their spot. In the East the first place Bulldogs and the second place Bulls are just seperated by PD, both having an 8–5 record. They do not play each other anymore (they split the record in their two meetings), and both close their season out with 2 games against bots and 1 game against major competition. It will come down to next Tuesday when the Bulls visit the Bracciano Lakers while the Bulldogs welcome the HAMBURG SEA LIONS. The team being able to win all three remaining games will win the Division, while the other team will have to hope that the Coyotes from the North lose 2 games of their remaining 3 to drop out of the Playoffs. |
