First, good game, Lobanovski, well played.
I'm a big fan of RZA and accept that sometimes I'm going to lose and sometimes it's not going to be pretty. However. Seven picks and three lost fumbles? Huh? I made the same slight adjustments that I always do and used my normal roster. He didn't use MOTY. My tactics got a thumbs up. What just happened? |

a match between two B level teams might be more challenging than a match between an A and a C level team. At least this is how the math works.

Wow, why did the Hell Hounds not try a FG from the 15 yd line? Would have resulted in overtime instead of a 3 points loss.

- Hard fight for the Top of this ranking continues: only 0.21 points between Sydney Sea Eagles (#1) and KMN Mandalorians (#2). Mid-season!
Here's a couple thoughts looking towards the last half of the season. We have the potential to have a relegated playoff team from each conference, though unlikely. Would be crazy fun if it happened. For the AC, I'm projecting (read rough guesses) Sydney to run away at 14 wins, leaving PRY to have the 2nd best conference record at 12 wins to take the first wildcard spot I'm projecting BobBoy at 10 wins and Deflators at 9, to each take their divisions. AC North is the crazy one. I'm projecting Lincoln, Cardiac, and Tiger to each end with 10 wins, meaning PD would likely determine who gets relegated, and who gets the next two playoff spots. (Two seasons ago, I projected a tie-break with Lincoln, Cardiac/Bonecrushers, and Maykop, and was correct with the Towncars sneaking in at 7-9, but slightly better PD than Maykop) Helsinki comes in at 9 wins, just missing the playoffs and gets relegated with a winning record. NC seems a little clearer with KMN, Dublin, San Diego, and Cheltnum each taking their divisions. The only interesting race is to see if either Yoda or the Kraken can catch one of the NC East teams for the wildcard PO spots. I'm projecting Sunrise and Alpine at 11 and 10 wins, meaning the Ducks could possibly make the playoffs and get relegated. But Yoda and Kraken each have favorable enough schedules that they could get 10+ wins as well, so it should be fun to watch. |
