Three more games against human opponents in the regular season. With the hope of making it to the playoffs, the games will be played against Hemet Hooligans, Paxtang Black Panthers and Birney's Weekenders. On Saturday, it's against the Hooligans. The first sign of direction. There we will be able to see how far the team's restructuring has progressed. And whether the hopes of making it to the playoffs are justified.
The team wants to give it their all and clear the first hurdle.
Go Miners.

In the Supercup, the chances of making the playoffs look good. The team should reach them and earn more money. The cash cushion achieved should reach 800 million. We can build on that.

Hope to make it to the playoffs?

You are kidding, right? The only thing you might blow, which I don't think will happen, but could happen, is to lose the 1st round bye.
You are 9-0 and and you can count on 4 more wins by default.
So worst record would be 13-3.

7th sorted team is right now 5-4 and will likely get 4 defeats more, which would end them at 8-8. More or less the same for all other teams below them with less wins right now.

You are 2 wins ahead to #3 Hooligans and 1 win ahead of the Panthers. Those are the crucial games to win, with the Panthers extra juice for the division crown. Weekender should be a win very likely any way.
A loss to the Panthers will very likely mean no division title.
If that IS a win, the title is yours and the #2 spot also.

My take on this.

I still don't trust the OL. Also, my QB is throwing more INTs than ever before. That could backfire. The other three teams are not to be underestimated.

OK, maybe I'm overestimating the Hooligans and Panthers and my respect is too great. Maybe my team will march through like that. And I'm racking my brains unnecessarily.

You will at least make a wildcard spot. There rest is RZA-luck.

My QB sucks often also big time, with no reason why.

Congratulation on the win, wiznoo. #1 seat is yours.

I don't undertstand why my team is so turnover prone this season. I hope that changes at some point again.

People, this region has dust balls from the low activity here.
I shouldn't be surprised, since I'm around a long time, but still I'm, since I just can't get my head around the fact, that people who decided to build a team here, investing months, are unable to post something from time to time.

Well, I thought let's have an overview on the region, with 5 games left to play.

The AC has right now 10 human controlled teams, which means 4 teams will not make the playoffs. All teams seemed to be active, which is good.
The AC East is dominated by the Suchdol Minors, right now at 11-0. They play 2 BOT games and 3 division games in the last 5 games, with the Black Habaneros being the only real challenging game. Projection is, the team will finish unbeaten and will claim the #1 spot in the playoffs of the AC.
Black Habaneros at 8-3 are 2nd place in the AC East and have a similar schedule as the Minors ahead of them, 2 BOT, 3 division games. The Minors game will likely be their lone loss coming to finish 12-4 and at #5 in the playoff seating.
Derpenstein Devils are right now 7-4, and will play 3 division games, but on top also Leverkusen Leopards and Republicanos de Piratini. Of the division games, they will likely only win the game against the Racoons, the Leopards game is very likely a loss and the Piratini game is a tossup, with the Devils being a slightly underdog. Projection is, they finish 10-6 and at #6 to #8 in the playoff race, depended on their PD. Likely a bad PD will cast them out of the playoff race.
The Berlin Racoons are quite new and are at 6-5 not that bad. They are underdog in every remaining game and will finish likely with a negative record of 6-10, out of the playoffs spot.

Moving over to the AC North, where The Chicago Cubs joined the region this year and are 8-3 so far. With 4 BOT games and 1 game against the next team in line inside the division, the projection is, the team will finish 13-3 and #3 inside the conference with a good PD.
Blatná Jaguars are 5-6 and the team did not advance much in terms of strength so far. 3 BOT games and 2 games against human teams are left and likely the team will finish 8-8. That is enough to get the #9 spot in the playoff race, which means no playoff spot.

And next the AC South, which is one of the weakest divisions inside the region, led by the Hopping Rabbits at 8-3. With a game against the Doves and 4 BOTs left, the team will likely finish at 13-3, but could lose to the Doves and would then depend on the Doves results. As division winner they would be at #4 in the playoff race, probably with a worse PD as the Cubs. If the Doves can catch them, they would fall as 12-4 team to #6.
The Doves are with 7-4 right behind the Rabbits, but have a tougher remaining schedule with Rabbits and Blue Devils on the list, plus the Jaguars and 2 BOTs. The last 3 mentioned games will be wins, but the Rabbits game will be crucial and likely a loss. If that is a win, the Blue Devils game will decide the division race and the playoff seatings. Projection is, the Doves finish 10-6 and get a spot at #6, if they stay on top of the PD race. If they win the division by wins over the Rabbits and the Blue Devils, they finish 12-4 and a better PD (if nothing strange happens) and at #4 in the playoffs.

My division, the AC West will be won by my team, Leverkusen Leopards, right now at 10-1. 2 human teams left on the schedule; the Snappers game will be the toughest one the upcoming gameday. Likely a win, the remaining schedule will lead to a 5-0 record and a 15-1 overall record to finish at #2. A loss to the Snappers will not change much here, just the record will be worse.
Orono Ancient Snappers are 7-4 and will face 2 tough human teams remaining. Both games will likely be a loss, so the projection is to finish 10-6, which gives them a spot at #7, if they are not able to get a win more or to tune the PD output.

That would be:
Suchdol Minors 16-0
Leverkusen 15-1
The Chicago Cubs 13-3
Hopping Rabbits 13-3
Black Habaneros 12-4
Doves 10-6
Orono Ancient 10-6
Derpenstein Devils 10-6
Blatná Jaguars 8-8
Berlin Racoons 6-10

The NC has 9 human controlled teams and that means, 3 teams will not make the playoffs. The activity level is for 7 teams fine, 2 teams are since roughly 14 days not active, which can lead to BOT status. But both were in such situation more than once and did come back prior the final deletion, so maybe that will happen again. Unfortune is, both teams are quite competitive and in one division, means, if one fails the other will take the division and the BOT still might sneak into the playoffs, if both fail, we might have 2 BOTs in the NC playoffs.
Inside the NC East, the weakest division of the region, Trnje leads with a 5-6 record. They have 3 games left against human teams, of which one, against the Panthers, is likely a loss. The other games are expected to be wins, which brings the team projected to a 9-7 record, which would be the #4 spot in the playoffs as division champ.
Republicanos de Piratini is quite new and has right now a 4-7 record. With 3 games left to be played against humans, the team will likely lose at least 2 of those and might finish 7-9. That will lead to #9 spot, outside the playoffs.

Inside the NC North it looks right now grim, since both teams are on the edge to fall BOT. Assuming they will not fall BOT, the Hemet Hooligans at 8-3 do have one division game left, likely a win, and one against another human team, likely also a win. That would lead to a 13-3 record and a #3 spot. They could fall BOT in about a week, which could shift the human games towards losses.
Next are the birney's weekenders at 8-3, also a week away from potentially falling BOT. Assuming they stay, the team faces 2 tough human teams, Hooligans and Miners, and are projected to lose both. The rest would be wins, which would lead to 11-5 as record and likely a #6 spot in the playoffs. A BOT status could lead to a worse record, which might drop them out of the playoffs.

The NC South is the strongest division inside the NC, if not in the region, and is led by Ruhrpott Miners with a 11-0 record. They face the division rival Panthers and the weekenders in the future but are favored in all. Projected to finish perfect at 16-0 and getting the #2 spot by lesser PD. If they lose the crucial game against the Panthers they will likely lose the division and finish at 15-1 at #5.
The Paxtang Black Panthers are 10-1 and have as crucial game the one against the Miners, in which they are the underdog. The winner will likely get the division crown. The other games, 1 human game and 3 BOT games, are projected to be wins and the team will finish 14-2 and the #5 spot in the playoffs. If they win the division, they would finish 15-1 and at #2.

The situation inside the NC West is quite clear. The Blue Devils are 11-0 and they play 2 human teams and 3 BOTs and are favored in all games. So, they will likely finish 16-0 and the best PD inside the NC, which would give them the #1 spot in the NC.
KAFakofers are 6-5 and have 2 games left against the Tigers, and 3 BOT games. The Tigers are that new, that they will lose the games, so KAFakofers will finish 11-5. That give them the unfortune #7 spot, outside the playoffs, based on the expected low PD.
Tokha Tigers are very new and have a 6-5 record. They play KAFakofers twice in the last 5 games, plus the Blue Devils and 2 BOTs. Except the BOT-games, they are projected to lose all of those games, which would lead to a 8-8 record and the #8 spot in the conference standings, outside the playoffs.

Blue Devils 16-0
Ruhrpott Miners 16-0
Hemet Hooligans 13-3
Trnje 9-7
Paxtang Black Panthers 14-2
birney's weekenders 11-5
KAFakofers 11-5
Tokha Tigers 8-8
Republicanos de Piratini 7-9

Biggest games left:
2024-11-30
Doves @ Hopping Rabbits
Leverkusen Leopards @ Orono Ancient Snappers
2024-12-03
Ruhrpott Miners @ Paxtang Black Panthers
2024-12-07
Suchdol Minors @ Black Habaneros
2024-12-10
Blue Devils @ Doves (optional, of the Doves - Rabbits game is in favor of the Doves, this game here becomes very important)
Hemet Hooligans @ birney's weekenders (optional, if Hooigans lose to the Snappers or weekenders win against Miners a gameday before)

Thanks for the write up Jack, always enjoy reading what is written. It is a shame to have so many bots, I can't wait for the play offs as my season has seen little competition.

Great analysis. As always.

Sorry for very little input for me. Really tough iRL, thi whole year.

As for the chances in the playoffs, we will try to improve the PD, which would give us a shot at avoiding The Czechs and the divisional dominators in the 1st round. But even that would give us very little hope for making it to the 2nd round.
This season our primary goal is making it to the SC playoffs. But it turns out it will be a more difficult task to achieve, than the league PO.

Good luck everyone in the last 5 rounds of the regular season.

Hey @all
Love that kind of write ups.
I am mostly a lurker kind of guy. So it just does not feel that natural to me to be very active in the forum. Though I still read posts that catch my attention.

All my wins were against bot teams, so not really good in my opinion. But thanks for the chear up anyway.

Looking forward to my first win against a human team next season or the season after that.

just some things that I learned to help members build their teams.

First priority is to build your stadium.

Number 2 use HR department, you can sign players you like for cheaper, but more importantly it allows you to pick up free agents for free that have less than 24 hours left. I am not saying that they will be the best, but a lot better than what you were given to start. You will also find some real stars that you can grab for free. Mind you that money will be an issue so in the start do not go crazy over players wanting huge salaries.

Good luck and enjoy the game.
