The management of the HAMBURG SEA LIONS is out of office tomorrow and maybe won't be able to attend this special game they'll have, which is a shame... but it's for good reason, as there's a real life charity flag football tournament happening tomorrow where we will be playing to entertain the visitors in hope that they will donate to german cancer charity and register to the DKMS (the german bone marrow donor registry).
The game against the Olivos Borrachos is maybe the best opportunity for us to finally enter the postseason in the Elite we had since we joined this prestigious circle of teams in S53. In S55 we lost the second encounter with the Olives in the second to last game of the regular season (as part of losing three out of the last five, to be fully transparent), which cost us the playoffs. In S56 it was even closer when we lost the last game against the Bobbers to lose the #1 spot in the division and the participation to the playoff tournament. This time will be no different: We MUST win to have a chance. We're even with the Ravens with a drastically worse PD. If they win they'll enter the postseason in their first season back in the Elite. But they'd have to win against the KMN Mandalorians. No easy task, but they did it once already this season, so it's not impossible. But if they lose we must be there to take their spot. It's not impossible that this will be our last opportunity to get there for a longer time, too, as many seasoned players that helped us get this far will retire by the end of S57. Next season will be a roller coaster as we'll be starting a good, but inexperienced QB. Chances are not too bad that coming season will be a struggle until the very end. So we'll put everything we have into the game tomorrow and hope that the Olives come in drunk as their franchise name suggests. Only then we'll have a chance to finally get to play our first playoffs game in the Elite. Good luck to everyone  |

Well, week 17 is over boys. Congrats to the teams that won their division and to those who made the playoffs and good luck down the way. With that being said these are the final TOP 3 surprises of this season.

We will be in Elite next season. This second half was hard, but we're still. Congrats Deflators and Comanches, that was a strong opposition
