GameDay 6 (meaning THE FINAL) in the World Bowl XIV.
FINAL at 18:00 This two teams left behind all competitors to make it to the big dance and to have a chance at hoisting this beautiful trophy for the 2nd time. A little bit later, we will have a true showdown when Glass Joe's Willoughby Wookies will take a first class flight to Romania to face Radu's Constanta Ravens in the city center at Ravens Field. This two teams have met 5 times before and "The Killer Birds" hold the record in thei favor at 3-2. Surprising or not, both wins of "The Furry Creatures" came in Friendly games and today we will witness if they will have the power to do it again, tie the record at 3-3 and win this magnificent trophy twice in a row. The fist FAN of the visitators arrived 2 days ago in the town center and more will come today. We will have a packed stadium in which the chips, popcorn and beers will fall from the "sky" in today's FINAL. ooooo.... newsflash.... It has been anounced that this MAN will give the starting kick-off to the game and when asked what will he use as his final statement, this VIDEO poped up of nowhere  |

We have our World Bowl XIV CHAMPION
After taking his team in the FINAL and by defeating Radu's Constanta Ravens he won the World Bowl for the 2nd time in a row. So extended congratulations to Glass Joe and his Willoughby Wookies.

First off, great write-up Radu. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you're a model ambassador for this event and RZA in general.
The final itself unfortunately turned out to be quite uneventful. I guess the "force" was too strong...lol. Don't get me wrong though, I'd rather a convincing win than a close loss for that beautiful trophy! Lastly, I really am beside myself that I won back-to-back. Going undefeated to boot. I'm sure to have a big target on my back going into the next one. |
