Just posted this: Well, we are officially 2 games into the season in the Fire league... so I wanted to make a power rankings post to evaluate where everyone is so far... They are based off of ELO currently and in this post I will evaluate each team and their management, as well as their current season (thanks to jack6 for inspiration) also ELO is pretty inaccurate...:

#23 Schönspieler ELO: 483 Record: 1-1

This team is owned by chancetod, an experienced vet in RZA. However, I don't know what exactly is going on with this team. I mean they do have a .500 record in the weak division of the AC West. Despite having a fully built stadium and generating a lot of revenue, it seems they are in a rebuilding phase only having a payroll of $39k a week and their seniors being only 19.7 years old. I honestly have no idea what this manager is doing as they are transfer listing their only decent players. It is clear that they aren't trying to be competitive this season. However, time will tell if this rebuild works out.

#22 Bastr Patriots ELO: 485 Record: 1-1

This team is owned by banko and is in its early phases of management. They will probably not be competitive this year, as expected, but they are growing. The manager is investing in the stadium and a bit in his player development with a few coaches. They know what they are doing and have promise if they continue making good decisions.

#21 IONS(owned by eliishim not the other one) ELO: 495 Record: 0-2

I can't necessarily provide much critique about this team besides the fact that they are rebuilding. The manager has only joined yesterday so its not clear what the future of the team is. They still need to do their managers license and get a grasp of the game. They won't be competitive but we will see how this team is developed under new management.

#20 Little Italy Sausage Makers ELO: 499 Record: 0-2

Owned by pranzo, this team does not show much promise. The team is quite weak and isn't showing growth under 4 months of new management. The stadium is only at 33k and the team isn't much better. I hope they have a plan as they have not done much in 4 months. We shall see how pranzo does in the next few months of ownership.

#19 MacsUltraVideosYT me! ELO: 503 Record: 0-2

Well, I would like to think I have done well in the first month of management. I have grown my stadium (@RileyMiniSchnauzerYT (The Bark Zone)) which is named after my beloved dog, to now 60k (still under construction). I have invested in coaching and developing my players and growing the roster. There is still a lot of work to be done but I feel I have done quite well. The results on the field aren't showing yet with two tough games over with but despite that, I project to finish around 9-7 to 10-6 in the week AC West. Planning to finish building the stadium, upgrade to Premium Academy, and then get some good players in the transfermarket as well. I have made progress getting my team to a 63 Overall (honestly that's a better measurement than ELO of where a team is while I say that #1 team KMN Maladorians has 69 Overall...) Hoping in a few seasons my team will be a powerhouse in this league.

I named my team this because of my YT channel and the stadium name is explained above feel free to keep reading or check out my channel if you want totally up to you...

#18 Bucks Playmakers ELO: 505 Record: 1-1

Ok how is this team and manager in front of me? Let's just ignore that... Well this is also a very new manager that is still probably learning the game and needs to do their managers license. However, the roster doesn't look good as expected... They probably won't be competitive but under new management anything is possible.

#17 Solaris Jastrzębie ELO: 508 Record: 1-1

??? This is the 3rd new manager... Well they aren't doing much and need to log in! Or else they will become a bot team in a few days since they have only probably logged in once! They also need to do their managers license. Their roster does not look good and the stadium has not gotten built. Not looking good here either.

#16 Lokomotiv Barcelona ELO: 520 Record: 1-1

This is a smart manager here who has built their stadium to full capacity. Minimal work has been done on this team but the manager is clearly prioritizing stadium and economy first. This is certainly not a great team but this team is still under new leadership. The manager should be able to build this team into a powerhouse if done properly with the stadium now built. Look for them to be decent but not a playoff contender yet. Good future for this team indeed.

#15 Arizona Cardinals ELO: 565 Record: 2-0 (1st 2-0 team so far...)

This manager has made progress indeed. They are doing well. The team isn't great but it is pretty good. The stadium is fully built and they will be competitive this year with a good roster They have a bright future indeed. Look for them to be a playoff potential but they unfortunately aren't a playoff contender quite yet but will be very soon, maybe even next year. However, be smart with the money and be careful about overspending with a $5 Millon payroll...

#14 Abracalabria ELO: 613 Record: 1-1

Almost 3 Years... They have built their stadium, team is old and not that good... They need to invest in their youth and land better players in the market. They need to get better. They will be somewhat competitive but even if they make the playoffs, they won't do much.

#13 Crunch ELO: 692 Record: 1-1

THIS TEAM WILL GO BROKE... WHY??? $5 million payroll and a 11k stadium do not go in tandem... This team may be good and competitive at the moment but this is a finance nightmare... I honestly can't believe they are in a great financial position, and they won't be for long... INVEST in the STADIUM...

#12 The Nasty Thunders ELO: 720 Record: 2-0

Great team, bad management. Easy. 4 Words. 2nd Highest payroll in RZA and not even top 10 in their own league. This team needs to make more of their money. At least they will be competitive in the playoffs and maybe make a push there, but come on...

#11 neroverde ELO: 765 Record: 2-0

This team has been here since the beginning essentially. They are okay, with a good roster. However, this manager has not been able to do a lot with this team in 63 Seasons. They will make the playoffs but they don't have the upside to win the league. It's a good roster though, just this team isn't built for a playoff run.

#10 IONS (the one that's been here a while owned by OIIIO... ELO: 788 Record: 2-0

Great team, good management. Although they haven't had past success this is a team built to win now. They do have a very old roster, which is alarming... But they have a good team that will make the playoffs and is a championship threat. Just maybe try to get some youth as well before everyone retires...

#9 Bonaval Acorns ELO: 810 Record: 2-0

What can I say? A good team that has a good sized payroll. They are going to be good and make the playoffs, and they won't do much. The team isn't too old, the roster in good shape. However, their title odds like the others listed so far are not that big...

#8 Glizzy Gobblers ELO: 835 Record: 1-1

Look... besides the weird name this team is also good. Just spend the money better. A 70 overall team and 8th best in the league isn't worth the $7 million payroll... They need to get a bit better at managing but the team isn't bad... They will make the playoffs and let the dice roll from there...

#7 Sydney Sloths ELO: 869 Record: 2-0

Coming back from Elite League, this is a good team. Good roster, good management and indeed a title threat. This team is in a good spot. There isn't a lot of flaws with this team. They are going to compete for a title and should make the playoffs and certainly dominate their division.

#6 Aberthaw Dolphins ELO: 999 Record: 1-1

Another good team... certainly seeing a theme... well once again they are in a tough division but a good team that should make the playoffs... This team has some good upside and time will tell where they will end up. They do have a special teams dilemma at kicker it seems.... but maybe I'm wrong and the rest of their roster is quite good

#5 Akron Pro's ELO: 1008 Record: 2-0

Here we go again... Another former Elite member that has been around quite a while. A team that is good and that could use some improvement, but they are in a good position to compete and be good this year indeed.

#4 GLADIATORI ROMA ELO: 1017 Record: 1-1

Poised to win. Great team, great management. However, they do have some competition with the Fargo Knights in their division. They will make the playoffs most likely and are title contenders.

#3 Fargo Knights ELO: 1026 Record: 1-1

Another great team with great management... They are going to face a tough division rival listed above but they should make the playoffs and certainly compete with the heavyweights of the league... Maybe they win it all...

#2 Braska Bangers 09 ELO: 1030 Record: 1-1

With this team review I will be a bit more in-depth... I played this team today and for some reason was up 14-3 in the 2nd quarter... however of course they stormed back with their 75 overall team and $6.2 million payroll and outscored my team 37-7 afterwards, cruising to a 40-21 win. They have a good team but they do have a hefty payroll... we will see what they can do as they will compete for the title...

#1 Kirky 44's ELO: 1065 Record: 2-0

The class of the league... They have an incredible roster and are the title favorites by far. Obviously, the rest of Fire has great rosters and they will certainly put up a fight, but if I was asked to predict a title winner this would certainly be the team... we will see how time goes but good job!

Well this took like 2 hours but honestly I don't care I hope everyone enjoyed this post and maybe learned something... I may make updates to this and make weekly Power Rankings but idk if I'll make stuff this detailed like I did today... Your thoughts?

I always felt, doing such a preview for a different region is strange.

My experience with users and forums is, basically almost every content is appriciated. You done already the preview and it looks great. Good job. I hope the Fire people do appriciate it.
Another thing I exerienced over the seasons (and I had many of those) is, that the forum is as active as the manager make it. Sometimes I had long monologues here in Monarchs and sometimes it was a great share and active season. It depends on the people and sometimes it needs an active one to motivate the others to do something.
So, good job, I hope it catches one.

Just as a comment, ELO is not a bad tool to judge the teams strength, way better than the %-values for all groups and total.

Because ELO does reflect wins and losses in a way.
If you won against a better team, you do get a big raise, if you lose against a weaker team, you lose a lot and if you win against a bad team, you gain almost nothing, while losing against a strong teams does hurt you much.

The only thing that ELO is bad at is, it's time based and does not reflect drastic changes. Means, a strong team, selling all their starters and start over, would still have a good ELO score for a quite long time, losing here and there points every gameday, but just slowly. After some time they might start winning again and they gain points back, but until then the ELO is usually higher than the actual strength of the team. Same for a team with a big splash in the market, starting to win, maybe making Elite and still trailing by hundreds of points, until the team catches up and loses against teams same strength or stronger again.

Such adjustments can take seasons. Still from my point of view a good tool to have a ballpark of the teams strength or at least of the managers capabilities.
