Here we go again, fellow Admirals !!!
Another sparkling season about to begin. Lakers have lost 5 stars among many key roles and we are struggling to keep our finances on the waterline, so some sacrifices have been necessary. It means that we are not the same team as before. We will give our best to keep Lakers among the Playoff competitors, but we have to see on the field if we are able to perform like in the last seasons. Wishing you all the best possible Season 34, but not against us P.S. Remember to pledge for MediaCenter or we will lose terrain with respect to Elite Teams and other full-pledging Leagues Last edited on 2019-04-07 17:39:08 by Yashin |

Very similar story here. Mismanaged finances for a while so for the last 2 seasons it's been a real test just to keep going financially. Hopefully I can sort it out completely this season. 5 players retiring and can't afford to sign the one that's offered to continue. Big changes ahead.
Best of luck all. |

Season 34 goals: Avoid relegation, win 6.
My Borderl... Pounders are in a good place i feel. With few players not up to my standards, this could be close to the 55 guys that will be the team the next 7-9 seasons. Hopefully the draft will get us even closer, at least one guy in YA will be on the team soon, so we re getting there. 2 wins in s32, 4 wins in s33 so 6 wins should be the naturel development. Finances are fine, but the YA will be destroyed when this years player(s) are done/sold. Here is to a good season with few/no bots. |

Had a guy I drafted in my first season retire at the end of last season, which is the first time someone I drafted has retired. I think my team is coming into the start of its prime. Unfortunately, it also looks like a tough schedule this year. Hoping I can maintain or improve my record by a game or two and contend for the division title/playoff spot.
I guess the nice the thing to say is "Good luck to you all"..... but would I really mean it??? |

Similar story to the earlier posts for the Bounty Hunters. Mentioned last season that our finances were shot but have rectified that after losing around $40M last season, so we should break even this season. Let 10-11 players go from last season's roster saving me more than $2M in salary PER WEEK! Two more vets will retire after this season and although one offered not to I'm letting him go anyway. Will have some interesting decisions to make come the end of this season, with 22 more players in the final year of their deals, 13 of whom are age 28 or older.
Less than ideal 1st round pick, 23-yo RB with good physicals but my board was decimated by the time it got to my pick. |

I got my #4 with the 21st pick. Little bit of a project but I think he will turn in to a good player.
Had to cut a lot of very good veteran starters (#1 CB, #1 RB, #1 LB (all star team), no1 OL) due to salary issues and my #1 WR retired so I have no clue where I stand this season. Last edited on 2019-04-10 19:56:36 by ivo17 |

Got #5 on my draft board, nice 50 speed and 43.4 (yellow) strength combo. Not sure if I'll keep or sell, depends on how the finances go.
