I posted this on day 1 of this season. Unfortunately I am just not cutting it against the big boys despite the salary my team is getting. Very disappointing but I must give a compliment here to my division rivals RC Frogs and Boonley Bulldozers. They are giving me a run for my money and I fully deserve to be in 3rd place. NC North never was this tough before...  |

NC Playoff outlook with 3 games to go:
Boonley Bulldozers 12-1 (with 3 games to go, they need 1 win to at least solidify a wildcard spot. 2 wins gets them NC North championship) Willemstad Bridges 11-2 (already in playoffs as NC West champ) Kokomo Mantis 11-2 (needs 2 wins to guarantee a playoff spot, and may take winning all 3 to get NC South championship) RC Frogs 11-2 (being in the NC North, they may need 2 wins to solidify a playoff spot, but could still be NC North champs) Totoras Patriots 10-3 (could still be NC South champs, but may take all 3 wins to do it. If they win 2 games, they could potentially still tie Amersfoort, but Amersfoort has the tie breaker at this point with the PD, so could miss the playoffs with a 12-4 record) Amersfoort Alligators 9-4 (Still fighting for the NC North championship, but needs all 3 wins to do that. Will take all 3 wins to make the playoffs as a wild card and a little help. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ---- Spitting Llamas 9-4 (fighting Landrau Athletics for NC East championship, but could potentially get in the playoffs as a wild card by winning 2 games. Even teams at 5-8 (Marion and East Coast) are still mathematically in the hunt, but would take a miracle for them to make the playoffs due to their low PD. Colonel Mustard Moustache Men does have a positive PD, but would need a lot of help to make the playoffs. Other than that, the others will be fighting until the last day of the season it seems! |
