Power Ranking - Dragons 1 - Season 45 - Week 9
Headlines: - The Pinellas Pikes hold at #1 and unbeaten. - Rio Football Team (#2) and Westlake Marines (#3) swap positions despite having bye week both  . Changes in points scored, points received and point differential have been the cause. Which indicates to me that it would be better to record points per game instead of total points (noted for next season's Power Ranking).
- Biggest rise  : 5 positions for Mülheim Steelers (from #16 to #11).
- Biggest drop  : 4 positions for Deventer Devils (from #10 to #14) and Budapest Janitors (from #11 to #15).

In fact, I think this season it is impossible for me not to be relegated to Dragons 2 and if so, I will get rid of all the players I had in the team when I took it and stay only with the players I have recruited. We'll see how it works out for me. |

I took some time to understand those changes. Definitely it will need some tweaks for next season. And I am still feeling that the SoS should also be a bit more relevant... This weak my opp record moved a 2-5 while Westlake's opp record moved a 4-2 (so his SoS raised while mine decreased) and it did not compensated the other change on points. Sounds weird for me. |

Headlines: - Another week with The Pinellas Pikes at the top of the ranking (that's 4 weeks now). - Rio Football Team (#4) leaves the Top 3 and Jackalopes (#3) enters. - LoneStar Armadillos (#15) drop out of the Top 10 and Quack Attack (#10) take their place. - Biggest rise: 5 positions for Paladins (from #17 to #12). - Biggest drop: 6 positions for Mülheim Steelers (from #11 to #17). - No more byes until end of the season. I am so proud with my season! I lost by only a 10-point margin against a strong divisional opponent playing MOTY. My low opp % showed on the Power Ranking made me reticent about my real strength but now I am a bit more confident. I hope I can keep the good work and reach the playoffs. Some extra income will help a lot.

It looks like to me that maybe SoS just isn't weighted enough or/and cap limit points vs bot teams.
