It's not easy to participate if you’re not the Sea Devils region. I contacted the S60 captains and so far. (Last fire captain is now a sea devil). I’ve received three yeses and no nos. So there will be a World Cup. As for us, I checked who I’ve already had to disappoint with the lineup. That’s Butch and Bruce, so they get priority. When I was in Galaxy, our captain was Solana_Steve (and we played SDs in the final, I believe). I don't know the competition rules, but I think regions could include two Elites in their teams. So, if no reply from leagues, maybe contact Elite teams from that region?
