Lopsided tactics

The games engine will award players carrying well thought tactics. This calculation happens only on the Offensive tactics part. Defense and Special teams are not subject of this calculation.

Lopsided Tactics can be described as tactics that are too heavily weighted to one play / formation or type of play / formation so the playbook is too simplistic and not complex or diverse enough to suffer no penalties.

Having a playbook, no lopsided tactics in here based on formations used: the chances of the Defense to counter the offense plays stay as they are

Having a playbook, showing signs for lopsided tactics: the defense gets a slight advantage because of possibly smart guesses what happens next on the field

Having a playbook, showing strong signs for lopsided tactics: the defense gets a small advantage

No playbook: the defense will adapt quickly to the offense plays and will therefore have an advantage.

We are using descriptors like small or slight here, since it makes no sense to reveal the percentages behind. But to give you an idea what we are talking about: playing with bad Team chemistry or low Physical condition will harm your teams power much more than playing a lopsided offense playbook...
