On the 2012-03-24 we wrote about a change on the stadium construction.
"A manager won't be able to build less than 100 seats or 10 executive seats or 1 VIP per construction session, as long as we are not talking about the very last construction cycle to create a full built stand."
We will make another change on this part of the game: "Maintenance fees for the stadium apply, even a stand is on construction. The number of planned + existing seats is the base for this calculation."
It will become active after season 3 is over!
