Tanking warning

The consequences from this start taking place with the first gameday of season 25. The Draft in the Preseason 25 (the one after season 24) is not affected!

Tanking, the definition: throwing away games, losing on purpose.

Why should someone do this? Oh, there are many reasons. One reason might be just to have a better draft pick, by picking earlier.

Why is it bad for the game? It causes strange gameplay, and is discouraging managers. It causes support tickets, and therefore workload. It causes bad reputation of the whole game.

What should I do to avoid this? Don't try to lose a game by creating strange playbooks etc.

What does this warnlevel mean? There is a small display on your teams homepage for it. If there is no sign for tanking, the warnlevel is at 0. For each game you were found guilty for tanking, the level raises by one. The level drops back to zero after the next Draft was finished!

What does a warnlevel greater than 0 cause? There are several things such a warnlevel could cause. If your level is lower than 3, nothing happens, except your team will have a bad reputation. If the warnlevel is equal to or greater than 3, you will lose ridiculous amounts of money, because your ticket sales will stuck. Might be, your league game at home has only around 10,000 visitors, or even less. If your warnlevel is greater than 5, you will lose your right to take part in the following Draft.

Is there a chance to cure my broken warnlevel? No, not during the season. Once you collected enough penalties, you will have to deal with the consequences all season long. The reset of this tanking warnlevel happens after the Draft, and only at that single point of the season!
