Youth pullEvery week you get the opportunity to invite one youth either directly to your team or to the Youth Academy. Depending on the level of your Youth academy, you will be able to either get an estimation or, at higher levels, the numerical value for speed, strength, stamina, agility and teamwork for the available youth before you choose which one to pull.Youth that are 18 years or older can be pulled into to the Youth Academy or directly into the team, while younger players can only be pulled into the Youth Academy. The number of players to choose from depends on the level of your Youth Academy. However, regardless of the level of the Youth Academy, you are only allowed to pull one youth each week. Higher levels of Youth Academy give you a wider selection to choose from. The age of the player will influence the skills, the more older he is, the higher his skills are. Based on the level of your coaches, your manager-rank and the level of your Youth Academy you will receive a Coaches remark for each of the Youth pulls. This happens, if the following condition is true: your manager-rank is below Top Manager OR your Youth academy is at level Premium! Please notice: your coaches might be wrong, but usually you can trust your Coaches. The better your Coaches (HC and Assistant Coaches) are, the better the remark will be. The position of the player does not matter, each Coach will add to the remarks given. |
