Well, week 13 was full of surprising moments. There is only 1 undefeated team now and these are the TOP 3 surprises.
1. TigerCats vs Trnava Saints : 24:27 2. Dumbarajko Elephants vs San Diego Blitz : 24:20 3. Paris Guardians vs Air Force Falcons : 7:47 (the score played a big part in being selected 3rd) BONUS* 4. Missouri Misery vs Niceville Norsemen : 32:20 5. Constanta Ravens vs Girona Dragons 1714 : 14:20 (congrats Quim  )
6. Bracciano Lakers vs Melittlemenon thepitchhitchin : 13:10 (what a crazy defensive game, WAW )

We’ve collected 3 of the 4 targeted victories faster than expected and won 4 out of 5 divisional match-ups overall. So we’re on pace to secure another season in this fine league, moreover even have a shot at the postseason again. Today we have a tough match-up, though, as we are visited by the reigning champ of the Elite league in
Week 14 on the HAMBURG SEA LIONS schedule: vs. Sunrise City Prairie Dogs (10–2)  Source: https://tillfelix.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/rza_s58_week14.png Three times have we met the Prairie Dogs in the last 5 seasons, twice in the league and once in the Supercup. While winless in league games we somehow won in S55 when we met in the group stage of the Supercup, upsetting the Prairie Dogs 31:13. And while their record is much better than ours, their overall strength is only slightly better than ours. So maybe there is something in this for us… although we’d be well advised to not have all too high hopes. However: the Faithful will again push us to give our best, and for the first time this season we will break out the Color Rush uniforms in a league game… maybe the shiny garments will confuse the opponent enough for us to have a chance. Week 14 is over lads, there is still 1 undefeated team and we know 2 division winners.
I must say that this is the most WTF week in the last 2 season with 10 surprising wins by teams that i predicted that will lose and here is the TOP 3. 1. Space Kraken vs Black Dragons : 20:30 2. Niceville Norsemen vs Caplit e salama : 20:34 3. Sunrise City Prairie Dogs vs HAMBURG SEA LIONS : 29:34 The other 7 games were surprises from BobBoy Magpies, Chelt Nam Bobbers, Girona Dragons 1714, mystics, Quack Attack, Kirky 44's and TigerCats. |

Our games have always been close so it will be a great game.
