SEA DEVILS MATCH OF THE WEEK One big question has been hanging over the NC all season: Will SDR make the playoffs? While one group of Sea Devils doesn't understand the question, for the other group it's the central question of the season, generating a SDMOTW almost every week. Just like today. Fans had to wait nine long seasons before the two former division rivals met again in a league game. The S61 Divisional Round pushed both teams to their limits, with the Runners winning in overtime and basking in the glory of the Elite League in Season 62. It's practically the same story I told you last season before my game against the mystics. Now they are back in our League ready to receive the revenge, just like the mystics received last season. Go Pack Go! The game will take place. Curiously, our soccer team's Bundesliga match against RB Leipzig was scheduled at the same stadium at the same time as ours. That game was canceled due to the snowstorm, but we will definitely play. It would be too embarrassing to cancel a game because of a few snowflakes in front of our Bavarian guests. We mustn't show any weakness! ![]() Source: https://i.imgur.com/pr2Um2y.jpeg Fromwhat I hear, the cancellation of the soccer match was because they feared an empty stadium given that our epic match will take place at the same time just a few steps away. The snow just seems to be a convenient excuse. What can I say. My players have already been sent to bed. We take this match as serious as can be. So far we have a really great series against the Pack. We will try our best to make a get another win and make a big step towards the playoffs. ![]() |

SDMOTD I am honored to be playing in the SDMOTD against the Cincinnati Bungals. While the Zaleaping have been in many important games, I know that this is a first for the Bungals and they are honored to be recognized. This will be the first bye week game given such high honors. |

TOP 10 Party Cities of the Sea Devils 1. New Orleans, USA – Mystics New Orleans is in a league of its own when it comes to partying. From Bourbon Street to Frenchmen Street, the city offers nonstop live music, legendary bars, open-container laws, and festivals year-round. Jazz, blues, cocktails, and a “party whenever you want” attitude make it the undisputed number one. 2. Hamburg, Germany – Hamburg Sea Lions / St. Pauli Packers Hamburg’s Reeperbahn is one of Europe’s most famous nightlife districts. Packed with clubs, bars, live music venues, and a wild weekend atmosphere, the city combines harbor-city cool with all-night partying. St. Pauli culture adds grit, music, and plenty of beer-fueled chaos. 3. Glasgow, Scotland – Glasgow Tigers Glasgow is known for its intense nightlife and legendary pub culture. The city has a dense concentration of clubs, late-night bars, and live music venues, and the locals know how to party hard. Nights often start early and end very late. 4. Rome, Italy – Rome Centvrions / Rome Torresina Rome mixes history with vibrant nightlife. Trendy bars, rooftop lounges, and busy nightlife districts keep things lively well past midnight. Add Italian style, wine, and warm nights, and you get a unique party experience with flair. 5. Seattle, USA – Seattle Sea-Reapers Seattle’s nightlife thrives on craft beer, cocktail culture, and live music. The city has a strong alternative scene, late-night bars, and a reputation for good vibes rather than pure chaos. Perfect for social, music-driven nights out. 6. Sheffield, UK – Sheffield Wednesday Sheffield is a classic English party city with a massive student population. Cheap drinks, packed pubs, and busy club nights make weekends especially lively. It’s not glamorous, but it’s energetic and nonstop. 7. Copenhagen, Denmark – Copenhagen Chargers Copenhagen delivers high-quality nightlife with stylish bars, clubs, and a liberal, open-minded atmosphere. The city’s beer culture, late opening hours, and social vibe make it a strong party destination, especially in summer. 8. Badalona (Barcelona area), Catalonia – Badalona Cheetahs Being right next to Barcelona gives Badalona major party energy. Beach clubs, warm nights, and access to one of Europe’s best club scenes make this area perfect for nightlife lovers. Summer parties here are especially strong. 9. Constanța, Romania – Constanta Sailors / Ravens Constanța benefits from its Black Sea location and beach-party culture. In summer, clubs and bars come alive with tourists, DJs, and seaside nightlife. It’s an underrated party spot with strong seasonal energy. 10. Bergen, Norway – Bergen Bruisers Despite high prices, Bergen has a surprisingly active nightlife. Bars, clubs, and a strong drinking culture—especially among students—keep the city lively. When Norwegians party, they party hard, even if it costs more. WORST 5 Party Cities of the Sea Devils 1. Michipicoten, Canada – Michipicoten Corsairs Very remote and extremely small. Nightlife is almost nonexistent, with only a few local bars that close early. If you’re looking for clubs, crowds, or late nights, this is about as far from a party city as it gets. 2. Konjarnik (Belgrade suburb), Serbia – Konjarnik HighTowers Belgrade is famous for its nightlife, but Konjarnik itself is a quiet residential area. Local options are limited, and real partying requires a long trip into the city center. On its own, the party scene here is minimal. 3. Rodnow pod Radhostem, Czech Republic - Terrifying Hamsters A small-town setting with very little nightlife infrastructure. You’ll find maybe one or two pubs, but no real club scene or late-night energy. Social life is calm, predictable, and far from wild. 4. Gaylord, USA – Gaylord Zaleaping A small American town focused on family tourism rather than nightlife. Bars are few, nights end early, and there’s little variation or excitement after dark. Party potential is extremely low. Every other season St.Pauli fans flood the streets with party, followed by 729 days of boredom. 5. Downriver, Finland – Downriver Seals Quiet, rural, and cold for much of the year. Bars are limited, nights are short, and spontaneous party culture is rare. Even by Finnish standards, nightlife here is very subdued. I dig it! |

Not bitter, just a little butt-hurt my 1st game is against Manta Rays and pretty sure I've never beat them or HighTowers in my history of playing the game. lol Good luck everyone, hope it's fun! @Overpowered Great game! That run heavy I-form/Big-I playbook really took advantage of my pass expectant defense. Should have used a different Def. Thank god for that last minute drive to get the go ahead TD and avoid the upset. My kicker will be getting evaluated as I think he was gambling on the game or something.. missed FG and kicked the ball out of bounds on a kickoff. Unacceptable, there will be consequences. We may feed him to an octopuss or make him join the Seattle Kraken!
